chasing inspiration

Today I was asked to draw in the first page of a dear friend's inspiration book. She's really cool inside and out, (she even has hot pink shoes) so I'm really honored to have her first page!

On a plane to Paris

I went to Paris for a few days. There's always something nice about being above the clouds

umbrella in one hand, bicycle in the other

"It was raining this morning and I thought I could wait for it to pass, so I sat there until I couldn't wait any longer and finally got up and rode my bicycle with my umbrella in my other hand in the rain." Story of the morning. I thought it was cute!

level of excitement

Today, as I walked by my favourite shop, someone told me that I speak about dresses with the same fervour as I speak about chocolate. Hmm, what an interesting thought...

tour guide

A friend told me he didn't understand why the girls were so scared of him as he showed them around town. They probably didn't understand what he was saying and were frightened by his enthusiasm. I laughed, this is how I imagined it to be.

special wishes

A strange question, in a strange moment. It felt so out of the blue I didn't understand it. Why but of course I have special wishes...(eyes twinkle) are you going to grant them? Note his hair is like brotchen.

forgetful

This is my stance when I am working and my brain forgets midway what I am doing. So "mo loy" (無奈)

party pooper

 Been picking up my pen lately, let some humour back in? or is it out? of my life.

human dog tangle sleep

Read an article, or was it a story, about an owner sleeping with their beloved dog --legs and paws tangled together. The drawing didn't really turn out tangly, nor did it turn out dog-like, but in fact, more deer-like.
