I liked my first self-portrait, but I figured it wasn't what the author was asking for.. I think she wanted something with more detail, more precision vs. the style I did originally. So I made more. I didn't like any of them. They don't look like me. But coincidentally a friend of mine called me that day and said that when I draw, I should concentrate, find a quiet spot, and focus. The results from a drawing in that "mode" will be much better than the same drawing made 5 or 6 times without fully concentrating. heehee. Perhaps I should work on my concentration more than my drawing?
